1. Your Account & Security When you join us, please make sure the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and secure, as well as for all activities that happen under your account.
2. Intellectual Property & Course Use All videos, text, graphics, and materials provided here are the intellectual property of BeWELL Institute by BeWELL Psychotherapy. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own educational growth. To protect our work, please do not copy, share, redistribute, or resell any of our course materials.
3. Limitation of Liability We strive to provide incredible educational value, but our courses are provided on an "as is" basis without explicit warranties. BeWELL Institute by BeWELL Psychotherapy will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages resulting from your use of this site or our materials.
4. Refund Policy Because our courses offer professional Continuing Education Units (CEUs), our refund policy is specific. We are happy to offer a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
