  • How do I gain access to and sign up for classes?

    Simply visit our 'Course' page, select your desired training, and follow the prompts for checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with immediate access instructions.

  • Will I need a Thinkific account to take classes?

    Yes. Our courses are hosted on Thinkific to provide you with a seamless, high-quality learning experience. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one during your first registration.

  • Will I be able to see my past and future courses?

    Absolutely. Your student dashboard serves as your permanent clinical library. You can log in at any time to view your progress, revisit completed materials, or start a new enrollment.

  • I didn’t receive a link to the Zoom session. How do I join?

    First, please check your spam or "Promotions" folder for an email from The BeWELL Institute. You can also access the Zoom link directly by logging into your student dashboard and clicking on the "Live Session" module within your specific course.

  • What if I lost my username or password?

    No problem. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset email.

  • I’m logged in but can’t find my registered classes.

    Ensure you are logged in with the same email address used during purchase. If your dashboard appears empty, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

  • I’m licensed in two states (e.g., NY and another). Do I have to register twice?

    No, you only need to register and complete the course once. However, please ensure that the name and license information on your certificate profile match the requirements for both states.

System Requirements: To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend a high-speed internet connection and an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

Course Completion Requirements: To receive CEU credit, participants must attend the full duration of the training, complete the course evaluation, and pass the post-test.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available up to 14 days prior to live events. On-demand courses are non-refundable once accessed.
