The Convolvulaceae family or more commonly known as the Morning-Glory family produce red , purple ,blue,yellowfunnel-shaped flowers.Approximately more than 50 genera and 1000 species are known today.It is possible for their vines to grow up to 10 inches long and their heart-shaped leaves can reach 5 inches.Some are edible , but can contain d-lysergic acid and ergoline acid amide (LSA).These plants are usually found in subtropical and temperate regions of America, Australia , Asia , Africa , and Europe. The sweet potato is native to Central and South America , but are grown commercially in Louisiana and North Carolina. Sweet potatoes can come in variety of colors like white , yellow , or purple.
