What This Workshop Is Really About
Money is one of the most important relationships in our lives—and often one of the least examined. We inherit beliefs about it from our families, absorb messages from our culture, and rarely stop to ask: Is this actually working for me? This virtual workshop is your chance to pause and reflect. Over 90 minutes, you'll explore the experiences and beliefs that shape your relationship with money, understand the deeper dynamics beneath the numbers, and discover new possibilities for how you want to engage with money moving forward. Whether you're struggling with financial anxiety, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply ready to build a healthier relationship with your finances, this group is designed for you. Led by Dr. Victoria Rodriguez and Bridget Scanlon MSW, you'll be in a safe, supportive space to ask the questions that matter most.
